...to our cozy 5-bedroom home located on the west side of Keuka Lake, about 4 miles north of the village of Hammondsport, NY. This all-season, contemporary home is perched on an acre of land overlooking the beautiful lake and can accommodate up to 11 guests. It features huge decks on three sides and offers one of the best views of the lake! Just across the road from the house, you'll find 47 feet of private lakefront with a vast permanent dock, perfect for swimming or fishing. There is a gazebo sitting area, mini fridge and a composting toilet available at the dock making it convenient to stay by the water all day (Note: there are 117 steps down to the dock). The dock has cleats and is large enough to accommodate a small boat.

The house is located on cliff property, therefore, we do not have the option of launching a boat from this location. However there are several spots to launch a boat (there may by a fee associated with doing so) in the area including the Keuka Lake State Park located in Branchport or Jake's Livery Marina located a few miles north of Moon Swept on the W. Lake Rd.

Wine tasting and romantic wine tours await you along any of the Wine Trails around the Finger Lakes. If wine isn't your thing, there are several breweries and distilleries nearby as well. Head out on some local hiking trails or check out the spectacular waterfalls at Watkins Glen State Park, just 30 miles away. There are several vendors in the area for renting a stand up paddle board (SUP), a lily pad or a boat for taking a spin around the lake. Also, just several miles down the road are two worthwhile museums: the Glenn H. Curtiss Museum and the Finger Lakes Boating Museum. Historic downtown Corning and the Corning Museum of Glass are an easy 45 minute drive from the house. You won't want to miss getting a local bite to eat one of the handful of restaurants.
